Peaceful Tree

When I take pictures of my cards, it is sometimes difficult to tell which picture is the more accurate depiction of the card, so that is why I sometimes post two pictures of the same card - in case any of you were wondering.

Remember how I colored the flower/vine image using markers on the last card I posted? I used that same technique with the tree image on this card. I really love this tree image! It truly is a peaceful tree. It reminds me of the tree in the book "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein. By the way, for any of you who have not read that book, you really should read that book - it contains a marvelous message!

I hope you all have a cheerful Thursday afternoon!
