My friend's husband is going to turn 40 this week, but she surprised him with a party last weekend. She asked me to make him a birthday card, and this is what I came up with. What do you think? If you can't tell, the 4 and the 0 are covered with red glitter. Her only request was to use red, white, and blue. I think I covered the request!Ingredients:
