Kitty love

Before Christmas, Danielle (a most fantastic friend) acquired a new member of her family - a Rag doll cat. After a visit to the vet, and the confirmation that their cat was indeed a boy, Augustus "Gus" was thus named. I wanted to send her a card congratulating her on their new family member. Unfortunately, I do not have any masculine cat stamps, so I told Danielle to pretend that "Gus" was dressed up for Halloween on this card. :) That way she gets a nice card, and a good laugh all in one!

I started this card by stamping the cat image onto white card stock, and then I colored it in with my Copic markers - love them! I mounted the white card stock onto pink card stock, and mounted the pink card stock onto amethyst card stock. Lastly I put everything onto the white card base, and stapled some very cute pink ribbon (from Archiver's) onto the bottom for a little added cuteness!

Ingredients:
Paper: Papertrey white, SU Pretty in Pink, SU Almost Amethyst
Ink: Palette Black, Copic markers
Stamps: SU Have a Heart (retired)
Misc.: Pink ribbon, staples
