Fall wreath

Happy Monday everyone! I can't believe it is November already! I'm really starting to stress out about my Christmas cards. I'm sure you all are wondering why I would be stressing about Christmas cards at the beginning of November. Well, traditionally, I hand make all of the Christmas cards our family sends out. Last year I think I made close to 80 cards. I mentioned to Brian that we may be sending out the age old picture postcard Christmas card this year. He gave me sort of a sad look, and said that people look forward to receiving the Mesibov hand made Christmas card. Oh, the pressure! I still have yet to come up with a design, and then I have to crank out at least 80 - probably more - cards. Yikes! And, I am still in the process of moving the craft room/office, so half of my stuff is in boxes or piles in one of two rooms. Double yikes! Maybe I will just send out my cards in January. Do you think I could get away with that?

The card shown here is one of the creations I made last week. The card base is SU Cranberry crisp. I stamped different circle designs using gold Encore ink onto the card base. The wreath was stamped using the many different stamps pictured above and the Autumn pastels inks. I finished the card with a nice bow! I think a bow just completes a wreath. I may add some gold Stickles onto the wreath for some added glam before sending it out. What do you all think?

How was your Halloween? Did your kids bring home lots of candy? Mine sure did! They had a great time, and got quite a hall of loot. I will post some Halloween photos later this week, so stay tuned! Have a great day!
